With a subscription, you can create your own personal photogeniq twin and access to all premium features. You can sign up for a weekly, monthly, or annual plan (the annual plan offers the best savings). Subscriptions work across all your iOS devices linked to the same Apple ID.
Please email us at [email protected] and our technical team will do our best to improve your photogeniq quality until you are satisfied. If you are still unsatisfied, you can cancel your subscription for a refund.
We recommend uploading 5-10 photos showing different angles and a clear unobstructed view of your face. Avoid group photos. The more diverse the photos, the better your AI model will be at capturing your essence.
Photogeniq AI creates highly realistic images that maintain your core features while enhancing your best qualities. With that said, the quality of the generated images is highly dependent on the images you upload, style, prompt, and image settings. Even with the best images, AI will still make mistakes. If you are overall unsatisfied with the results, please reach out to us for tips!
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings. Simply go to the App Store, click on your profile, and navigate to subscriptions to update or cancel your plan.

Yes, you can save your photogeniq images to your device and are free to use them commercially or share them with friends, family, or on social media. Just tap the save button after viewing your creation.
